Abstract

Papers on this panel examine key actors in international politics and their interaction. Contributions look at major state actors and how novel approaches to multilateralism may help them overcome problems in addressing climate change; as well as non-state actors, in the form of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), highlighting their relevance in the promotion of human rights.
