Certificates for Attendance and Credits: These will be issued after the Summer School.

MyECPR account:  The email address registered in your MyECPR will be used for all correspondence about the Summer School. Please make sure your details are correct and your institutional affiliation has been selected as this could affect your registration fee. If you have more than one MyECPR account, please let us know and we can merge them accordingly. The information in your MyECPR profile will be what is included in the Summer School programme and badges.

Your personal data:  The data included in your MyECPR account will be used for a number of purposes for this event: the email address you have specified will be used for all correspondence with you, it is therefore important that this is your primary account; your forename/s, surname and institutional affiliation will be printed on your badge and within the academic programme (if applicable) as they are written within your MyECPR account, it is therefore important that this is accurate and up to date. The MyECPR account you registered for the event with will be used for the above purposes, if you have multiple accounts this can cause confusion and problems with your participation; please let us know if this is the case and we will merge your accounts into one. Whilst we try to limit such occurrences by channelling all event communications through ECPR systems, sometimes the host institution of an event will need to contact participants directly in order to supply unique access codes to its Wifi and computer systems (such as Moodle), library or catering facilities etc. On these occasions the ECPR will pass your data (name and email address) to the host university in an encrypted file for the sole purpose of those specific communications, after which it will be required to dispose of all data immediately. In addition, there might also be occasions where an individual involved in the organisation of the academic content of the event (e.g. a Workshop Director, Section/Panel Chair or Course Instructor) might wish to contact participants within their group in advance of the event in order to share materials, papers etc. The same conditions of usage will apply as above.
